Welcome to Capital Graffiti Tours. By booking or participating in our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, in compliance with Law 300 of 1996, the General Tourism Law of Colombia, and applicable international regulations.

1. Reservations and Payments

Summary:

All bookings must be confirmed in advance. Payments can be made through secure channels, and in some cases, partial deposits are required.

Full Terms: By booking with Capital Graffiti Tours, the traveler agrees to pay the full amount of the service as stated at the time of reservation. •A deposit of 40% may be required for workshops or group services, with the balance payable before or on the day of the activity. •Payments may be made via bank transfer, credit card, or authorized online platforms. Additional fees (e.g., foreign transaction charges, credit card surcharges) are the responsibility of the client. •All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation via email.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Summary:

Cancellations must be notified in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the time of notice before the scheduled tour.

Full Terms: •More than 7 days before the activity: Full refund, minus transaction fees. •Between 3 and 6 days before: 50% refund. •Less than 72 hours before: No refund. •If Capital Graffiti Tours cancels the service due to force majeure (weather, public order, health emergencies), a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

3. Traveler Safety and Responsibilities

Summary:

Participants are expected to follow the guide’s instructions at all times. Capital Graffiti Tours prioritizes safety but cannot be held liable for risks inherent to urban exploration.

Full Terms: All participants must respect safety guidelines provided before and during the tour. •Capital Graffiti Tours is not liable for accidents resulting from reckless or negligent behavior by participants. •Insurance for personal accidents, medical expenses, or theft is not included. Travelers are encouraged to purchase their own travel insurance. •Participants must stay with the group and avoid restricted areas. •For bike tours: helmets are mandatory and included in the service. Clients ride under their own responsibility.

4. Accessibility

Summary:

We strive to make our tours accessible, but not all locations in Bogotá meet universal accessibility standards.

•Walking tours may include uneven sidewalks, steep streets, or stairs. •Bike tours require basic cycling ability. •Workshops at Ocio Gallery are accessible at ground level, but garden terrain may present challenges for some participants. •Please inform us in advance of any accessibility needs so we can advise on suitable options.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Summary:

We collect and process personal data only for the purpose of delivering our services.

•In compliance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 (Habeas Data) and international data protection standards (GDPR principles), Capital Graffiti Tours guarantees that personal data will be: •Used exclusively for bookings, payments, and service communication. •Stored securely and not shared with third parties without consent. •Subject to user rights: access, correction, deletion, and objection. •By booking, you authorize the use of your data for service-related communication.

6. Cookies Policy

•Capital Graffiti Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or incidents caused by third parties, strikes, weather, public demonstrations, or force majeure. •Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during activities.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Our services are governed by Colombian law.

•These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Colombia, specifically the Law 300 of 1996 (General Tourism Law). •Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Bogotá, Colombia.
